اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إبْرَاهِيْمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَجِيْدٌ

Allaahumma salli 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'azwaajihi wa dhurriyyatihi, kamaa sallayta 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheema. Wa baarik 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'azwaajihi wa dhurriyyatihi, kamaa baarakta 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheema. 'Innaka Hameedun Majeed
Dua after Tashahhud English Translation
O Allah, bestow Your favor on Muhammad (ﷺ) and upon his wives and progeny as You have bestowed Your favor upon the family of Ibrahim. And bless Muhammad (ﷺ) and his wives and progeny as You have blessed the family of Ibrahim, You are full of praise, Most Glorious.
Narrated Abu Hamid (RA) Saidi: They asked, “O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! How can we recite Durood for you?” Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said, you say - (The dua is mentioned above)

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ نُصَلِّي عَلَيْكَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ " .
Narrated Abu Humaid As-Sa`idi: The people asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! How shall we (ask Allah to) send blessings on you?" Allah's Apostle replied, "Say: O Allah! Send Your Mercy on Muhammad and on his wives and on his off spring, as You sent Your Mercy on Abraham's family; and send Your Blessings on Muhammad and on his offspring, as You sent Your Blessings on Abraham's family, for You are the Most Praiseworthy, the Most Glorious."
