اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ نُرَدَّ إِلَى أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ
Dua Masoorah English Transliteration
Allaahumma 'innee 'a'oodhu bika minal-bukhli, wa 'a'oodhu bika minal-jubni, wa 'a'oodhu bika min 'an nuradda 'ilaa 'ardhalil-'umuri, wa 'a'oodhu bika min fitnatid-dunyaa wa 'adhaabil-qabr
Dua Masoorah English Translation
O Allah! I seek refuge with You from cowardice, and miserliness, and seek refuge with You from reaching a degraded helpless old age, and seek refuge with You from the afflictions of the world and from the punishment in the grave.
Narrated by Saad Ibn Abi Waqqas (RA): Saad (RA) used to teach these words to his sons in the same way that a teacher teaches handwriting to children. And he used to say that towards the end of the prayer, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would seek refuge (in Allah) in these matters: (The dua is mentioned above)

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ مُصْعَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ تَعَوَّذُوا بِكَلِمَاتٍ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَعَوَّذُ بِهِنَّ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ أُرَدَّ إِلَى أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا، وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ " .
Narrated Sa`d: Seek refuge with Allah by saying the words which the Prophet (ﷺ) used to say while seeking refuge with Allah, "0 Allah! I seek refuge with You from cowardice, and seek refuge with You from miserliness, and seek refuge with You from reaching a degraded geriatric old age, and seek refuge with You from the afflictions of the world and from the punishment in the grave."
