826. Dua Upon Seeing New Fruit
Abu Hurairah (RA) said that people used to bring new fruits to the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) used to accept it and say:
Dua Upon Seeing New Fruit in Arabic
اَللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي ثَمَرِنَا، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي مَدِينَتِنَا، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي صَاعِنَا، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي مُدِّنَا
Dua Upon Seeing New Fruit English Transliteration
Allaahumma baarik lanaa fee thamarinaa, wa baarik lanaa fee madeenatinaa wa baarik lanaa fee saa'inaa, wa baarik lanaa fee muddinaa
Dua Upon Seeing New Fruit English Translation
O Allah, bless us in our dates and bless us in our town, bless us in our Sa' and in our Mudd.
