Hadith about the Dua
Ali bin Abi Talib narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ), when he prostrated, used to say: "O Allah, to You I have prostrated, in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted. My face has prostrated to the One Who created it and formed it, and brought forth its hearing and sight. Blessed is Allah, the Best of creators."
