222. Dua between two prostrations #1
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي، رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِىْ، رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِىْ
Rabbighfir lee, Rabbighfir lee
Translation
O My Lord, forgive me. My Lord, forgive me.
Huzaifa (RA) said that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite the above mentioned dua while sitting in the middle of two prostrations.

223. Dua between two prostrations #2
اَللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَعَافِنِي وَاهْدِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي
اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِىْ وَارْحَمْنِىْ وَعَافِنِىْ وَاهْدِنِىْ وَارْزُقْنِىْ
Allahum-maghfir lee, warhamnee, wa 'aafinee, wahdinee, warzuqnee
Translation
O Allah! Pardon me, have mercy on me, guide me, and grant me sustenance.
The Prophet (ﷺ) used to say this dua while sitting between two prostrations.
