Upon hearing an ass bray or dogs barking in Arabic
أَعُوْذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيـمِ
Upon hearing an ass bray or dogs barking in Transliteration
A'oodhu billaahi minash-Shaytaanir-rajeem
Upon hearing an ass bray or dogs barking in Translation
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan the outcast.
Also "If you hear the barking of dogs or the braying of asses at night, seek refuge in Allah for they see what you do not." [1]
