اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ سَمْعِيْ وَمِنْ شَرِّ بَصَرِيْ وَمِنْ شَرِّ لِسَانِيْ وَمِنْ شَرِّ قَلْبِيْ وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَنِيِّيْ

Allaahumma innee A‛oodhu bika min sharri sam‛ee, wa min sharri basaaree, wa min sharri lisaanee, wa min sharri qalbee, wa min sharri mani-yee
Dua for Safety from Evil Thoughts English Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from hearing evil, from seeing evil, from speaking evil, from the evils of my heart and the evils of my carnal desires.
Shakal bin Humaid (RA) said: "I came to the Prophe t(ﷺ) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), teach me a way of seeking refuge so that I may seek refuge by it." He (ﷺ) said: "So he took my hand and said: 'Say: (the dua is mentioned above)
