547. When the sick have renounced all hope of life #1
The Prophet (ﷺ) dipped his hands in water at the time of his death, wiped his face with it and said,
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ إِنَّ لِلْمَوْتِ سَكَرَاتٍ
Laa 'ilaaha 'illAllahu 'inna lilmawti sakaraat
Translation
There is none worthy of worship but Allah, surely death has agonies.
