Hadith about the Dua
Narrated Aishah, the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ): When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) became sick, he would recite the Mu'awwidhat (the last three Surahs of the Qur'an) and blow his breath over himself. When his illness became severe, I used to recite (those Surahs) and blow my breath over him and make him rub his body with his own hand for its blessings. She added: When he was sick, he used to say, "O Allah! The Lord of mankind! Remove the harm and heal, You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind."
