Translation

Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “Whoever says every morning and evening, ‘Allah is my Lord; I do not associate anything with Him,’ his worry will be removed from him.” (Ibn Majah: 3882, Sahih by Al-Albani)

'O Allah, I seek refuge in you from grief and sadness, from weakness and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from being overcome by debt and overpowered by others.' If you’re feeling down or stressed, the first thing is to turn to Allah subhana wa ta'ala for help, asking Him to keep you safe from being overwhelmed. This is a good dua when stressed or upset.
