134. Dua and remembrance before sleeping #13

Translation

I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, which no virtuous person or sinner can overcome, from the evil of what He has created, created and spread, from the evil of that which descends from heaven, from the evil of that which ascends to heaven. From the evil of whatever is scattered in the earth, from the evil of whatever comes out of the earth, from the evil of the fitnah of night and day, and from the evil of all strangers, except the one who comes with goodness, O Most Merciful.

Abdur Rahman Ibn Khanbash (RA) said, "One night the devil jinn came forward to attack the Prophet (ﷺ) in the desert with fire. Then Jibriel (As) came and taught him this dua. As soon as the dua is recited, the fire of the devils is extinguished and they flee.”
