108. Morning Dua for Rizq and Knowledge
Say 3 times in the morning:
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا
Morning Dua for Rizq English Transliteration
Allaahumma 'innee 'as'aluka 'ilman naafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan.
Morning Dua for Rizq English Translation
O Allah, I ask You for knowledge which is beneficial and sustenance which is good, and deeds which are acceptable.
Hadith about the Dua

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ عَسْكَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ حِينَ يُسَلِّمُ يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً " .
Umm Salamah narrated: "Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) would pray the morning prayer, after concluding the prayer with taslim, he would say: 'O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good and pure provision, and accepted deeds.'"
