862. Dua when the sun rises
This Dua should be recited when the sun rises:
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ أَقَالَنَا يَوْمَنَا هٰذَا وَلَمْ يُهْلِكْنَا بِذُنُوْبِنَا
Alhamdu lillaahil-ladhi aqaalanaa yawmanaa hadhaa wa-lam yuh-liknaa bi-dhunubinaa
Translation
All praise (and innumerable thanks) to Allah, Who has shown us this day, and did not destroy us for our (past) sins.
