Translation

Rifa'ah bin Rafi' Az-Zuraqi narrated: We prayed behind the Prophet (ﷺ). When he raised his head from bowing, he said: "Sami' Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears the one who praises Him)." A man behind him said: "Rabbana wa lakal-hamd, hamdan kathiran tayyiban mubarakan fihi (Our Lord, for You is all praise, abundant, pure and blessed)." When the Prophet (ﷺ) finished (the prayer), he said: "Who was the one who spoke just now?" The man said: "It was I." The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "I saw over thirty angels competing to write it first." (Sahih al-Bukhari 799)
