Say three times:

أَعُوْذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ مِنْ نَفْخِهِ، وَنَفْثِهِ، وَهَمْزِهِ

A 'oodhu billaahi minash-Shaytaani min nafkhihi, wa nafthihi, wa hamzihi

Translation

I seek refuge in Allah from Satan. From his breath and from his voice and from his whisper.
