Climb the Safa mountain and stand facing the Baitullah and proclaim the oneness, greatness and praise of Allah -

Dua for Hajj Facing Kaaba English Translation
None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, Who has no partner. His is the kingdom. Praise be to Him. He gives lives and he gives death. He has power over all things. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, Who has no partner. He has fulfilled His promise, has helped His servant, and He alone has defeated His enemies.
Hadith about the Dua
‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar narrated that whenever he entered the mosque, he would say: “None has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone, Who has no partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone. He fulfilled His promise, aided His servant, and defeated the confederates alone.”
