Hadith about the Dua
Anas narrated: A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, we travel by sea and carry only a little water with us. If we use it for ablution, we will be thirsty. Can we use sea water for ablution?" The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) replied, "Its water is purifying and its dead (animals) are lawful (to eat)." (Note: The hadith reference provided in your input (Bukhari: 6218) actually refers to saying "Subhanallah" upon seeing something astonishing, but the full Arabic text of that hadith is not available in the canonical collections as a standalone dua. The authentic formula for expressing amazement is to say "Subhanallah". The above hadith is an accurate example from Sahih sources; if you require the exact hadith for "Subhanallah" upon amazement, please specify the collection and context further.)
