Translation

‘Uthman bin Abi Al-‘As narrated: I complained to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about a pain I found in my body. So, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Place your hand at the site of the pain in your body and say: ‘Bismillah (In the Name of Allah)’ three times, and say seven times: ‘A`udhu bi-‘izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir (I seek refuge in Allah’s Might and Power from the evil of what I find and fear).’”
