536. Dua for your own pain
Say three times:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
Bismillaah
In the Name of Allah. (3 Times)
Say 7 times:
أَعُوْذُ بِاللَّهِ (بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ) وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ
A'oodhu billaahi (in another narration: A'oodhu bi-'izzatillahi) wa qudratihi min sharri maa 'ajidu wa 'uhaadhir
I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I find and of what I guard against.
