Section: Duas recited upon seeing something pleasant or harmful

When He (ﷺ) used to receive pleasant news, He (ﷺ) would say:

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ بِنِعْمَتِهِ تَتِمُّ الصَّالِحَاتُ

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْ بِنِعْمَتِهٖ تَتِمُّ الصَّالِحَاتُ

Alhamdu lillaahil-lathee bini'matihi tatimmus-saalihaat

And if something happened that displeased him, he used to say:

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ عَلٰى كُلِّ حَالٍ

Alhamdu lillaahi 'alaa kulli haal
