Say 100 times a day -
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Astaghfirullaaha wa 'atoobu 'ilayhi.
Translation
I seek Allah's forgiveness and I turn to Him in repentance.
