195. Dua in Ruku (Subhana Rabbiyal Azeem)

Say this tasbeeh at least three times:

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ

The dua will be repeated with the emotions of the mind. Reciting this Tasbeeh at least three times is the conduct and instruction of Rasulullah (ﷺ). Most of the narrations have "Subhaana Rabbiyal-'Adheem" and some of the hadiths have "Subhaana Rabbiyal-'Adheem wa Bihamdihi".

عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَانَ يَقُولُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ ‏"‏ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Translation

Hudhaifah narrated: "I prayed with the Prophet (ﷺ), and he used to say in his bowing: 'Subḥāna Rabbiyal-'Aẓīm (Glory is to my Lord, the Most Great).'" (Tirmidhi 262, Graded Sahih by Al-Albani)
