04. Abu Dawud : 775

أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ السَّمِيْعِ الْعَلِيْمِ مِنَ الشَّيطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ مِنْ هَمْزِهِ وَنَفْخِهِ وَنَفْثِهِ

A’udhu Billahis Sami’il ‘Alim Minash Shaitanir Razim Min Hamjihi Wa Nafkhihi Wa Nafthih.

Translation

I seek refuge in Allah, the All-Hearing, All-Knowing, from Satan, the outcast, and from his whispers, his blowing and his Nafth.”

10. Al-Bukhari : 3371

أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لاَمَّةٍ

A'udhu bi kalimaatillaahit taammah min kulli shaytaanin wa haammah wa min kulli 'aynin laammah.

Translation

I seek refuge in Allah's perfect words from all devils and insects and from all envious eyes.

16. Muslim : 2708

أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّاتِ كُلِّهِنَّ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

A'udhu bi kalimaatillaahit taammaati min sharri ma khalaq.

Translation

I seek refuge in all of Allah's perfect words from the evil of what He has created.”

22. Al Jami : 74

أَعُوذُ بِوَجْهِ اللهِ الْكَرِيْمِ وَبِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّاتِ الَّتِي لاَ يُجَاوِزُهُنَّ بَرٌّ وَلاَ فَاجِرٌ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ، وَبَرَأَ وَذَرَأَ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا يَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا يَعْرُجُ فيهَا، وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا ذَرَأَ فِي الْأَرْضِ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا، وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتَنِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ طَارِقٍ إِلاَّ طَارِقاً يَطْرُقُ بِخَيْرٍ يَا رَحْمَنُ

‘A`udhu bi wajhillahil karim wa Bikalimatillahit-Tammatillati Laa Yujawizuhunna Barrun Wa Laa Fajirun Min sharri Maa Khalaq, Wa Bara’a Wa Dhara’, Wa Min Sharri Maa Yanzilu Minas-Sama‘i Wa Min Sharri Maa Ya`ruju Fīha, Wa Min Sharri Maa Dhara’a Fīl-’Arđi Wa Min Sharri Maa Yakhruju Minhaa, Wa Min Sharri Fitanillayli Wan-Nahar, Wa Min Sharri Kulli Tariqin ‘Illa Tariqan Yatruqu Bikhayrin Ya Rahman.

Translation

I seek refuge in Allah's Face and His perfect words, which neither the good nor the evil can ever escape, from the evil of what comes down from heaven, or goes up to it, from the evil of what comes out of the earth, or gets into it, from the trials of night and day, and from the unexpected occurrences of night and day, except the ones carrying good. O, Allah, You are the Merciful.”

28. Abu Dawud : 5088

Say three times,

بِسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي لاَ يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلاَ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

Bismillahi alladhi la yadurru ma' ismihi shai'un fil-ardi wa-laa fil-samaa'i wa huwa al-Samee'u al-'Aleem.

Translation

In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the heavens or the earth can cause any harm, and He is the All-Hearing, AllKnowing.”

34. Abu Dawud : 3893

بِسْمِ اللهِ، أَعُوْذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ غَضَبِهِ وَعِقَابِهِ وَشَرِّ عِبَادِهِ، وَمِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِيْنِ وَأَنْ يَحْضُرُوْنِ

Bismillahi. A`udhu Bikalimatil-Lahit-Tammati Min Ghadabihi Wa `Iqaabih, Wa Sharri `Ibaadihi Wa Min Hamazaatish-Shayaatini Wa ‘An Yahdurun.

Translation

In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah's perfect words from His wrath and punishment, from the evil of His slaves, and from Satan's whispers and presence.”

40. Muslim : 222

Say 3 times Bismillah, Then, say 7 times,

أَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ

Bismillah (3 times), A’oodhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru.

Translation

In the name of Allah. I seek refuge in Allah and His might from the evil of what I find and fear.”

46. Muslim : 2186

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ أَرْقِيْكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيْكَ، مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ، اللّٰهُ يَشْفِيْكَ، بِاسْمِ اللّٰهِ أَرْقِيْكَ.

Bismillah-hi Arqik, Min Kulli Shayin Yu'zik, Min Sharri Kulli Nafsin aw ‘Ainin Ha-Sidin, Alla-hu Yashfik, Bismillahi Arqik.

Translation

In the name of Allah I am doing this Ruqyah unto you to get rid of what is harming you and of the evil of spirits and envious eyes. May Allah grant you healing! In the name of Allah I am doing this Ruqyah unto you.”

52. Bukhari : 5745

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ، تُرْبَةُ أَرْضِنَا بِرِيْقَةِ بَعْضِنَا، يُشْفَىٰ سَقِيْمُنَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّنَا

Bismillah. Turbatu Ardina, Biriqqati Ba'adina, Yushfa Saqimuna, Bi-idhni Rabbina-.

Translation

In the name of Allah, with the earth of our land and the saliva of some of us, the ill amongst us will be healed by Allah's permission.”

57. Musnad Ahmad : 3/158

اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، الْمَنَّانُ بَدِيْعُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ، يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ

Allaahumma 'innee 'as'aluka bi'anna lakal-hamd laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta, Al-Mannaanu, Badee'as-samaawaati wal'ardhi yaa dhal-Jalaali wal-'Ikraam, yaa Hayyu yaa Qayyoom.

Translation

O Allah, it is You Whom I beg for help, for to You all praise is due, and there is no god but You. You are the Compassionate, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of Majesty and Splendor. You are the Living, the Eternal.

62. Musnad Ahmad : 5/350

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ إِنِّي أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ الْأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُواً أَحَدٌ

Alla-humma inni as-aluka bi-anni ash-hadu annaka antalla-hu la ilaa-ha illa antal ahadus samadulladhi lam yalid wa lam yulad wa lam yakullahu kufuwan ahad.

Translation

O Allah, it is You Whom I beg for help, for I bear witness that there is no god but You, the One, the eternally Besought of all, Who begets not, nor is He begotten; and to Whom none is comparable.”

67. Al-Bukhari : 5675

اَللَّهُمَّ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ، رَبَّ النَّاسِ، وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا.

Allahumma Adhibil Ba'as, Rabbannas, Washfi Antash-Shafi, Laa-Shifa-A Illa-Shifa-Uka. Shifa-an la-yuga-diru saqama.

Translation

O Allah, Lord of mankind! It is You Who removes suffering. You are the Healer, and none can heal but You. I beg You to bring about healing that leaves behind no ailment.”

72. Abu Dawud : 5090

Say 3 times,

اَللّٰهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَدَنِيْ، اَللّٰهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ سَمْعِيْ، اَللّٰهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَصَرِيْ، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Alla-humma ‘a-fini fi badani, Alla-humma‘ a-fini fi sam’ee Alla-humma ‘a-fini fi basari. Laa ila-ha illa anta.

Translation

O Allah, make my body healthy, my hearing healthy and my eyesight healthy. There is no God but You.”

76. Musnad Ahmad : 3/447

اَللّٰهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَيْهِ وَأَذْهِبْ عَنْهُ حَرَّ الْعَيْنِ وَبَرْدَهَا وَوَصَبَهَا

Allahumma baarik ‘alaihi wa adh-hib ‘anhu harril ‘aini wa bardahaa wa wasabahaa.

Translation

O Allah, I beg You to grant him Your blessings, to rid him of the evil eye's heat, cold and aches.”

80. Abu Dawud : 3106

Say 7 times,

أَسْأَلُ اللهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ

As'alullaahal-'Adheem Rabbal-'Arshil-'Adheemi 'an yashfiyak.

Translation

I pray to Allah, the Magnificent, Lord of the Glorious Throne, to grant you healing.”

84. Tirmidhi : 3547

اَللَّهُمَّ بَرِّدْ قَلْبِي بِالثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ وَالْمَاءِ الْبَارِدِ اللَّهُمَّ نَقِّ قَلْبِي مِنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا نَقَّيْتَ الثَّوْبَ الأَبْيَضَ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ

Allahumma barrid qalbi bith thalji wal barad, wal ma-il ba-rid. Allahumma Naqqi Qalbi Minal Khataiya Kama Naqqaitath thaobal Abyada Minad Danas.

Translation

O Allah! Cool my heart with ice, hail and cool water, and purify it of all sins, as a white garment is cleansed of all dirt.”

88. Abu Dawud : 3892

Say 3 times:

رَبُّنَا اللهُ الَّذِي فِي السَّمَاءِ، تَقَدَّسَ اسْمُكَ أَمْرُكَ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ، كَمَا رَحْمَتُكَ فِي السَّمَاءِ فَاجْعَلْ رَحْمَتَكَ فِي الْأَرْضِ، اغْفِرْ لَنَا حُوبَنَا وَخَطَايَانَا، أَنْتَ رَبُّ الطَّيِّبِينَ، أَنْزِلْ رَحْمَةً مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ وَشِفَاءً مِنْ شِفَائِكَ عَلَى هَذَا الْوَجَعِ، فَيَبْرَأَ.

Rabbunallahu alladhi fis samaa-i taqaddasasmuka amruka fissama-i wal ardhi kamaa rahmatuka fissmaa-i faj’al rahmataka fil ardhighfir lanaa hubanaa wa khataayaana anta rabbut tayyibiin. Anzil rahmatan min rahmatika wa shifaa-an min shifaa-ika ‘ala hadhal waja-’i fayabra-a.

Translation

O our Lord, Allah, You are in Heaven; holy be Your name. Your command reigns supreme in the heavens and on the earth. As Your mercy is in the heavens, have Your mercy on the earth. Forgive our sins. You are the Lord of the good. Send down of Your mercy and healing unto this ailment to cure it.”

92. Bukhari : 3370

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

Allahumma salle ‘alaa muhammadinw wa’alaa aali muhammadin kamaa sallaeta ‘alaa ibraaheema wa’alaa aaali ibraaheema innaka hameedum majeed. Allahumma baarik ‘alaa muhammadinw wa’alaa aali muhammadin kamaa baarakta ‘alaa ibraaheema wa’alaa aaali ibraaheema innaka hameedum majeed.

Translation

O Allah, send salah upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You have sent salah upon Ibraheem and the family of Ibraheem. You are Praiseworthy and Gloryworthy. O Allah! Bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You have blessed Ibraheem and the family of Ibraheem, in all the worlds. You are Praiseworthy and Gloryworthy.
