Frequently Asked Questions
Tasbih, sometimes called worry beads, helps a lot with calming your mind. When you do dhikr and move the beads through your fingers, you kind of shift your focus away from negative thoughts and stress. Pay attention to the way the tasbih feels in your hand—the texture, if it’s cool or smooth. It really helps to keep you present in the moment and makes dhikr feel more real.
