Dua for Namaz e Janaza English Translation
O Allah, this woman is Your servant, the daughter of Your male servant, the daughter of female servant. She testified that there is no true ilaah but you and that Muhammad (ﷺ) is your servant and your messenger. And you are more aware of it. O Allah, if she is a doer of good, then increase her goodness. And if she has sinned, then forgive her. O Allah, do not deprive us of her reward and do not tempt us after that.
Hadith about the Dua
O Allah, she is Your servant, the daughter of Your male servant and the daughter of Your female servant. She bore witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except You and that Muhammad is Your servant and messenger, and You know her best. O Allah, if she was righteous, then increase her in goodness, and if she was among those who fell short, then pardon her shortcomings. O Allah, do not deprive us of her reward and do not lead us astray after her. Narrated by Malik in Al-Muwatta (539), graded Sahih by Al-Albani.
