Translation

Anas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever says – when he leaves his house – ‘In the Name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, there is no power and no might except by Allah (Bismillāh, tawakkaltu ʿalā Allāh, lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh),’ it will be said to him: ‘You are guided, defended, and protected.’ The devils will move away from him, and another devil will say: ‘How can you deal with a man who has been guided, defended, and protected?’”
