Section: Entering the mosque
175. Upon entering the mosque #1
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، وَالصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُوْلِ اللَّهِ، اَللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ، وَالصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلٰى رَسُوْلِ اللّٰهِ، اَللّٰهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِيْ اَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
Bismillaahi, Wassalaatu Wassalaamu 'alaa Rasoolillaah. Allahum-maftah lee 'abwaaba rahmatik.
In the Name of Allah, And blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). O Allah, open before me the doors of Your mercy.
176. Upon entering the mosque #2
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), used to say when he entered the mosque:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، اَللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ، اَللّٰهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِيْ اَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
Bismillaahi, Allaahumma salli 'ala muhammad, Allaahummaf ta'hlii abwaba ra'hmatik
In the Name of Allah, Ya Allah please send blessings and peace upon the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). O Allah, open before me the doors of Your mercy.
177. Upon entering the mosque #3
Whenever the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered the mosque he would say Durood. Then Say:
اَللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوْبِي وَافْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِىْ ذُنُوْبِىْ وَافْتَحْ لِىْ اَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
Rabbig-firli dhunubi waftah li abwaaba rahmatik
O Allah, forgive me my sins and open to me the gates of Your mercy.
